Meko-the name is synonymous Mekowith music-classical, rhythmic, contemporary, diverse, melodic, and, above all else, soulful.

Meko's first solo CD, The Journey, features original music ranging "from gentle melodies to pulse pounding rhythms, performed on the most ancient of musical instrument-the harp."

Meko's sophomore CD, the self-titled Meko, branches out and embraces several musical genres, languages and, for the first time, Meko himself on vocals. From the first track to the last the unique melodies, unforgettable hooks and haunting tunes will have listeners of all types swaying to the rhythms and singing along. Meko is "infectious and delicious music that satisfies the soul."

Meko has just completed his third CD, Christmas at the Castle, a gorgeous tapestry of traditional holiday music performed on Celtic Harp, Flute and Cello.

Meko began his musical career as a child...the protégé of a grandmother who was a concert pianist and an aunt who is a world-famous harpist, author and art historian.

This journey started as a toddler at the family piano and continued when, at 11 years of age, Meko took up the harp and began rigorous classical training. Years of sore fingers, tears of frustration and the joy of making music followed-and as much as Meko knew he loved the harp, he intuitively knew that the classical concert stage was not where his destiny lay. Shortly thereafter, Meko formed a band, wrote his first original songs, dabbled in vocals, and began performing on the electric harp...

Valentina LisitsaValentina Lisitsa (Ukrainian: Валентина Лисиця, translit. Valentyna Lysytsya,) is a (Ukrainian-born) classical pianist (now residing in North Carolina in the USA).
Lisitsa is among the most frequently viewed pianists on YouTube; that made her become known as "the Justin Bieber of classical music".
Lisitsa did follow an unusual path to success, launching her career via social media, without initially signing to a tour promoter or record company.

Lisitsa was born in Kiev, Ukraine, in 1973. She started playing the piano at the age of three, performing her first solo recital at the age of four.
Despite her early disposition to music, her dream at that point was to become a professional chess player. Lisitsa attended the Lysenko music school for Gifted Children and, later, Kiev Conservatory, where she and her future husband, Alexei Kuznetsoff, studied under Dr. Ludmilla Tsvierko. It was when Lisitsa met Kuznetsoff that she began to take music more seriously. In 1991, they won the first prize in The Murray Dranoff Two Piano Competition. In the same year, they moved to the United States to further their careers as concert pianists. Their New York debut was at the Mostly Mozart Festival at Lincoln Center in 1995. In 1992 the couple married.

After her manager died and after reading about business strategy Lisitsa posted her first ever YouTube video in 2007. After a home-made DVD on-sale at was copied and illegally uploaded to YouTube this DVD reached the number-one slot on In 2010 she and her husband put their life savings in recording a CD of Rachmaninov concertos with the London Symphony Orchestra. In 2012 she found a record label to release it. In the spring of 2012, Lisitsa signed to Decca Classics. By mid 2012 she had nearly 50 million hits for her YouTube videos. This earned her the "title" "the Justin Bieber of classical music".
Lisitsa has performed in various venues around the world, including Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, Musikverein and Royal Albert Hall. Recently, she has been the pianist in recital engagements collaborating with violinist Hilary Hahn...
