Painted black in gilded gold decor having japanesed visuals on soundboard and back.

Queen Marys Brinsmead Grand Piano , Wedding Gift from the Brinsmead Family 1893

This beautiful inlaid and carefully designed Grand was made by John Brinsmead and Sons and presented to her Royal Majesty on her Wedding day in 1893.

Pianino Pleyel serial number 9576 from the year 1842 made of Flamed Mahogany.

Archvies show it was sold for an amount of 1000 French gold francs!
Sold to Mr. Lété of Nantes France.

The serial numbers of Paris Erard and London Erard do not follow the same sequences or years! Since Erard London was mostly making harps, pianos was one of the lower end things for the factory to be building, hence the smaller amount of pianos that came out of the factory...
