Baptiste Hatzenbuhle et Faure Pianino serial number 54 Circa 1839
Small Pianino serial number 54 made by Baptiste Hatzenbuhler et Faure Paris Circa 1835. Case made of the best pieces of flamed Rosewood that could be found, further inlaid with ivory and brass and copper inlay in floral designs and musical instruments.
Records do not show much information about this maker and history other then he was known for not only his beautiful pianos, but also he specialized in making of cases of pianos for other makers. This being said, it is rare that a case maker is acknowledged for the art beauty and history, this piano stands out on its own. The workmanship is fantastic and shows how a smaller pianoforte maker could compete against the other competitors such as Erard and Pleyel and more...
