5 and a half octave piano escapement action, divided bridge, Malcolm rose strings ,
with ivory naturals and ebony incidentals
Mahogany case with rosewood cross banding and brass moldings to the case.

Piano fully restored by Christopher Clarke in 2010

Another Rare find by the research department of Palace Pianos!

Updated information and research:
Erard Square pianoforte serial number 13287 made in the year of 1834. This is from then, the New model using the older 1832 Mechanics inside! Was finished on March 30th 1834 and sold by famous pianist, composer and teacher of music ,
Louis-Barthélémy Pradher (famous pupil François-Joseph Fétis)

Piano was then sold to a Mme de Soubyran of Nachatel en Bray! 21 April 1834, by Mr Louis-Barthélémy Pradher via Erard in Paris

Having many artistic and fantastic craftmenship, this piano alone holds in own place in the era of Pianoforte Musical Instrument history. The name plate clearly shows that the pianoforte was made during the reign of Charles X of France and his family!...
